It’s international YOGA month and we are beefing up your options to gain peace, patience and flexiblity in your week. Wednesday 5:15 ROWGA Express with Kelly & Elyse a blend of Rowing and Yoga! Also Sunday am options to make your own double a ROWGA or choose UCRU or Yoga independently. Also Tuesdays/Thursday’s YOGA with Kim Johnson 12pm & 4 pm both days! Our fall schedule is effective Sept 8th and is online now. Namaste!
